Update

Here is my workout from yesterday:

I went running in the morning then did the 30 Day Shred video by Jillian Michaels (a complete body killer) and then a 10 minute abs video as well. I am feeling good!

Commitment

Okay...so I am finally going to post some stuff on here! Yeah! As you know, I just had my second baby girl like four months ago. And the baby fat has overstay its welcome so I am making a public commitment to get rid of it once and for all.

Here is my workout so far this week:
Monday- run in the morning, abs video and workout video
Tuesday- stroller group

My goal is to lose all the weight by the end of the year obviously but hopefully it will be sooner than that. I will post a present picture now and hopefully the next one I post will look better! Wish me happy working out and luck!
